Feeling Exhausted with your child’s eating
You wish they would eat more than toast, pasta and endless processed snacks.
You wish they’d try something new without tears, drama or an instant “no.” You wish mealtimes didn’t feel so stressful.
You wish you knew what normal fussy eating actually looks like. You wish you had a plan.
Right now, it feels like you’re doing everything… and nothing is working.
Maybe your child used to eat more and now their diet is shrinking.
Maybe dinner ends in meltdowns, bribery, bargaining or cooking a separate meal.
And maybe you’re starting to wonder…
Is this just a phase? Am I making it worse? How do I help without turning every meal into a battle?
That is exactly what this masterclass is here to help with.
This Masterclass will help you understand your child’s eating
This is not about forcing bites. It is not about hiding loads of veggies. And it is definitely not about making you feel like you have failed.
This masterclass is about helping you understand why children get stuck with food and what to do next in a way that feels realistic and doable at home.
Because fussy eating is rarely helped by more pressure.
What helps is knowing what is going on underneath the behaviour and having simple strategies that make sense for your child.

Hi, I’m Emma
I absolutely dreaded mealtimes, especially weaning. I literally hated it – it gave me sweaty palms and anxiety attacks. My little girl wouldn’t put food or even toys in her mouth unless I spoon-fed her from a pouch.
It was incredibly stressful, and the only advice I ever received was, “Why don’t you just not feed her? She’ll start eating on her own.”
That it’s exactly why I started Dietitian with a Difference: to support parents who feel the same, who have no one to turn to for guidance.
I’m here because I genuinely enjoy helping families struggling with a fussy eater. I know how stressful it can be because I’ve been there myself.
My daughter also suffered from severe reflux, which left us feeling helpless as we watched her in pain. After a hospital admission, she was diagnosed with a delayed allergy to cow’s milk, and during weaning, we discovered she was allergic to eggs too.
Thanks to my training as a Paediatric Dietitian and a Feeding Therapist, I had the knowledge to create a plan tailored to her needs. And I can honestly say that she is now a very different child exploring and enjoying new foods.
I know I was fortunate to have that background, but many families don’t have the same resources. That’s why I’m passionate about helping parents navigate this journey.
It can feel incredibly lonely when your child refuses foods that you know are packed with the nutrition they need to grow strong and healthy. There’s often guilt and frustration, and sometimes even moments when we lose our temper at the dinner table.
I’m really looking forward to supporting you and your family with this fussy eating masterclass.
Emma xx
